Red Carpet Service
This service applies during the official manufacturer warranty period to all new espresso machines and grinders that we sell. When a product meet the warranty terms, it covers parts and labour and prepaid door to door shipping services to and from the service center if required. In addition, as a valued customer the service includes Free Premium 24/7 technical support to the original owner for as long you own the equipment, Guaranteed availability for genuine parts for minimum 6 years and discounted parts and labour for service after warranty. Our standard Repair time is 24-48 hours.

Exclusions to Red Carpet service:
Commercial equipment or items that are used in commercial or business environment are not eligible to Red Carpet service.
Special handling items such as items that were shipped to you with specialty delivery couriers, over weight or on a pallet.
Items that are covered by in house only service warranty.
Some Rural locations (normally excluded from free shipping policy) or locations that may not have pickup availability by the courier.
Only original box and packaging materials can be used for safe transit.
