Red Carpet Service
This service applies during the official manufacturer warranty period to most new espresso machines and grinders. When a product meet the warranty terms, it covers parts and labour and prepaid door to door shipping services to and from the service center if required. In addition, as a valued customer the service includes Free Premium 24/7 technical support to the original owner for as long you own the equipment. Our standard Repair time is 24-48 hours.

Exclusions to Red Carpet service:
Commercial equipment or items that are used in commercial or business environment are not eligible to Red Carpet service.
Special handling items such as items that were shipped to you with specialty delivery couriers, over weight or on a pallet or items that were picked up are not eligible.
Outlet items or items that are covered by in house only service warranty.
The following brands are excluded: Baratza, Rancilio, La Pavoni - warranty is handled directly by the brand north american represntative.
Rural locations deemed by the shipping companies (normally postal codes with 0 on the second digit and those that may have been excluded from free shipping policy) or locations that may not have pickup availability by the courier.
Only original box and packaging materials can be used for safe transit.
