Warranty Information and General Manufacturer's Limited Warranty Terms
We are authorized service dealers and able to provide technical support, service or repair to most products offered in our website as detailed in the Service page.
In reference to the repair of a product under warranty, the certificate of warranty of each items details the warranty information and exclusions for each item. Please read carefully the manufacturer's limited warranty in the user's manual or the certificate of warranty included with your product. In the absence of such warranty information the terms and warranty information in this page applies.

Warranty Coverage:
The warranty states the following in general: Manufacturer warrants that the product is free, under normal use and maintenance, from any defects in material and workmanship. The manufacturer warranty covers parts and labour required to repair as a result of defect or failure under normal use and maintenance condition. Parts covered under warranty including but not limited to, valves, motors, electrical components and wiring, pumps, brew and steam assembly, boilers etc. If any such defects should be found in the product within the applicable warranty period, the manufacturer shall, at its own option and discretion, repair or replace the product as specified herein.
Shipping the equipment to Service:
It is the Customer responsibility to arrange to ship the item to an authorized service center. The responsibility for shipping costs during warranty period varies by the specific item purchased on this website, as detailed in the Service page.
Warranty Exclusions:
- The warranty shall not apply to:
(a) Any defects caused or repairs required as a result of abusive operation , negligence, accident, improper installation or inappropriate use or as outlined in the owner's manual.
(b) Any product tampered with, modified, adjusted or repaired by any party other than manufacturer or it's authorized Service representative or Authorized Service Dealers.
(c) Damage caused or repairs required as a result of use with items or products not specified or approved for use by the manufacturer or it's authorized Service representative including but not limited to external timers, switches, descaling and cleaning products and similar.
(d) Any replacement of accessories, consumable or peripheral items required through normal use of the product including but not limited to remote cables, trays, hoses, lids, water tanks, handles and similar.
(e) Any cosmetic damage to the surface or exterior that has been defaced such as scratches, dents, or that caused by normal wear and tear.
(f) Any damage caused by external or environmental conditions, including but not limited to transmission line/power line voltage, liquid spillage or similar.
(g) Any product received without appropriate model, serial number or other identifying markings
(h) Any products used for rental and/or in a commercial or business environment and/or for commercial purposes.
(i) Any installation, installation components, setup and/or programming charges
(j) Any failure resulting from usage negligence or from usage not in accordance to manufacturer or it's authorized Service representative recommendation. For example, damages as a result of not properly refilling the water tank and boilers, not using the correct water, not performing scheduled maintenance such as Back-flushing, any failure or damage as a result of descaling, cleaning or similar use.
(k) Normal wear and tear of wearable components including but not limited to replacement of gaskets, Grinder burrs and similar.
(l) Any failure resulting from water quality used with the equipment,
(m) Any failure resulting from the quality of coffee beans, foreign particles, sediment or similar entering into the equipment and causing it to fail.
(n)Where any of the above exclusions applies, shipping costs will not be covered regardless of Service Level.
- To claim warranty repair or technical support on your equipment through Zcafe, a proof of purchase such as an order or invoice number is required.
- In home warranty is not provided. Warranty periods vary from item to item, check item description for details.
- We reserve the right to refuse repair if an unauthorized person or 3rd party previously tampered or perform any work or repair on the equipment.
- Warranty claim may be refused and shall not apply if in our opinion there was no defect found, a failure is a result of any of the exclusions above, if the manufacturer, for any reason, decline the warranty coverage, fail to supply parts, information, or else related to the repair. In that case, customer is responsible to all costs associated with the repair, including shipping costs when applicable and should direct all claim communications and handling directly with the manufacturer.
Liability Limit
In no event shall we or our subsidiaries, affiliates, or suppliers be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the products or these terms and conditions (however arising, including negligence), including lost profits, whether or not the possibility of such damages was, or could have been, known. Our liability, if any, or our subsidiaries, affiliates, dealers, or the respective employees, to you or any third parties in any circumstance is limited to the net amount paid by you for the product purchased.
Zcafe voluntarily handles repairs and warranty repairs following the manufacturer guidelines. However, and to clarify, in no event shall Zcafe be held responsible or liable for the manufacturer warranty or the product by any means, including but not limited to any special, direct or indirect, incidental or consequential damages in connection with the manufacturer warranty, or the products, or in relation to product quality, design or product liability. We reserve the right to refuse handling a manufacturer warranty claim without explicit reason.
