FREE Ground shipping anywhere in Canada for any order over CAD$50.00*
All items are In-Stock, Ready to ship, unless clearly stated otherwise.
BC Update (Dec' 21): Resumed - Ground shipping service to BC is now resumed. However, shipments destined to most areas within BC are expected to encounter continuing delays as couriers work to clear the backlog.
Some specific locations in BC may still not be serviceable, if you are unsure of delivery to your location or would like to check for alternate shipping options, please contact us.
There are no "delivery by date guarantee" by any of the couriers until January 16, 2022.

Orders are shipped out once processed and payment is confirmed via common couriers.
FAST Ground Shipping from our Canadian warehouse locations:
QC, ON, MB, SK: 1-3 days.
BC, AB, NB, NS: 2-4 days.
East of Quebec, PEI, NL: 4-7 days pending your exact location.
Northern Provinces and rural locations: shipping time varies.
Please note that orders are shipped from closest warehouse location. Weather conditions and stock availability at specific warehouse location may affect delivery times. Ground shipping is not time guaranteed, Express shipping is optional, e-mail or call us for best quote.
If you choose to have your items shipped to an address different than your billing address, please follow a quick bank update procedure as described here.
* Exclusions to Free Shipping Policy:
If we can not ship to your specific location via standard rate ground service for any reason, or if your shipping address or postal code deemed rural by the shipping companies (normally postal codes with 0 on the second digit), or there is no standard or ground service offered to your location, we may contact you with other economical options if available. In that case, there may be shipping surcharge, however we do subsidize it greatly to our customers.
Shipping and handling charge of $9.95 will be added to orders less than $50 value.
All shipments are insured to cover any loss or damage that may occur during transit to the full value of the item. In case that you suspect that the box you received is damaged or if you already opened the box and suspect a damage to the item, please do not use the item and contact us first immediately. If item has been used a damage claim can no longer be filled.
Undelivered or Refused shipments:
We will issue a refund less 2 way s&h value for returned shipments due to undelivered goods at address provided or shipments refused by customer for any reason. The 2 way s&h value in this case are non refundable and consist of actual shipping value.
