The La Pavoni Stradavari is a manual traditional espresso machine for eight espresso shots.
Manually operate with a lever, when you pull the lever down you force the piston to push the water threw the ground coffee in the portafilter, there is no pump here so you better know how to pull this one....

Another thing that you are not going to find here is a water tank, the boiler serve as the water tank and you actually fill it with water.
However, The Stradavari will deliver a perfect shot of espresso to the well trained Barista.

Coffee Preparation:

Just push the lever all the way down -since there is no pump, the way you pull the lever will determent the quality of the coffee, if you don't mind the challenge, you got yourself a great simple machine, the portafilter is made of chrome-plated brass for temperature stability.
One main switch plus ready light - once you turn the machine on the ready light will illuminate, within approximately 6 minutes the machine will be ready to brew coffee and the ready light show you the a green light.
Small boiler fast heating - it is highly recommended to turn the boiler off when you don't use it, especially since it doesn't take him so long to heat again, this way it will live longer.
Sight Glass - It is very important not to operate the La Pavoni ESW-8 without water, therefore on the left side of the boiler there is a clear sight glass allow you to see the water level in the boiler.
Eight espresso shots - the La Pavoni ESW-8 can make up to 8 espresso shots. If you just make coffee for yourself and your partner it's prefect, but if you like to entertain this one won't be you best bet.
