Despite heavier than usual volume of online orders, Zcafe operations continue as usual. We ship Espresso Machines and Grinders with Specialty delivery Couriers available to most provinces with no reported delay to date.

In response to these uncertain times caused by COVID-19, we are taking steps to minimize the risk to everyone by adapting to health Canada Guidelines and to the needs, safety and well-being of our customers, employees and the community.
Our products are stored in GMP warehouse Facilities licensed by Health Canada and fully compliant with the rules and regulations mandated by Health Canada.
The regulations require adequate process controls to properly manage product storage and transportation. Furthermore, we closely follow Public Health Agency of Canada prevention recommendations by continuing to put in place new measures and have intensified hygiene, sanitation and social distancing protocols within the workplace as well as limiting visitor access, eliminating the exchange of scanning devices and requiring frequent work and material surface cleaning at all times.
All Espresso Machines and Grinders are factory sealed and All Danesi Coffee and Bristot Coffee beans are sealed with No Human touch by their State-of-the-Art Roastery.
Smaller orders only are shipped with couriers that have adapted safe Covid-19 delivery protocols such as Canada Post, FedEx or Purolator. Delivery times for these items may be slightly longer than usual due to the possibility of staff shortage in specific locations, click here for update. For those reported locations we try to ship with other couriers to avoid delay.
