The Satin Black Finish Rocket Macinatore Fausto Grinder is Rocket's top of the line on-demand programmable Espresso Grinder. New for 2019 is a Chrome nickel plated and heavy duty fork (see image to the right). It includes commercial features such as Stepless electronic dosing, digital display with programmable dosing and timing. Nickel Plated finish design. Heavy duty commercial power and capabilities.

Fausto is built on a die cast solid Aluminum construction, Chrome Nickel finish.
Commercial Grade 65mm Stainless steel burrs
Grind Speed: Super Fast at average of single shot at 3.6 sec and double shot at 4.8 sec, under 10 sec for 21 grams.
On Demand grinding function and a programmable grind timer in as low as 0.1 second increments.
Digital Display indicating the programmed grind time

The Fausto include a Direct Drive 500 watt super quiet motor with low 1360 RPM speed for maximum prevention of grounds heating, perfect for espresso fine grinding.
Height-adjustable portafilter fork match most standard size and 58mm portafilter handles.
Fausto Macinatore is a Stepless grind adjustment grinder for superior precision grinding level. An adjustment wheel and handle are used for easy and accurate grind adjustment. Note: It is recommended to adjust grind level only when the grinder is running.
The Fausto Macinatore comes standard with 600 grams capacity bean hopper in clear plastic with cool design so it can easily fit under most standard height kitchen cabinets.
