Rocket Espresso (Milano) company was newly established in Italy to begin the production of Rocket Espresso machines. They have acquired the name Giotto from ECM (Espresso Company Milano) and begun to manufacture their own Rocket Giotto Premium plus espresso machine.

In addition, Rocket introduce a cheaper model, Rocket Cellini Premium espresso machine in 2007 with flat side panels and by 2009 have made the "plus" models with some mechanical and design updates to both Giotto and Cellini espresso machines, also adding the Professional line with direct water connection and rotary pump.
