Zcafe "Easy" Return Policy
All orders placed between Nov' 28 - Dec' 24, 2019 can be returned by Jan' 10, 2020 overwriting our general policy time restrictions below.
Zcafe Easy Return Policy
We want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase. You may return items to us within 30 days of your purchase date (15 days Super automatic espresso machines) along with it's original box and documentation. If for any reason you decide to replace or exchange the item with same or higher value item, no fees will apply.
Returns of unused items that are not for replacement are subject to a Full Refund less actual shipping and handling value.
Returned item that was opened or used or the box is damaged may be subject to an additional charge of up to 15% restocking / open box fee, pending the condition, unless otherwise stated.
Exclusions: Returns after 30 days or without original packaging are not accepted and may be subject to a 50% used item fee. Missing or damaged parts will be charged accordingly.
Any coffee due to hygienic issues and any items purchased at the outlet corner that we offer from time to time at very special discounted price can not be refunded, exchanged to or returned, no exceptions.
Special order items, Specialty items or items that require special handling such as Profitec Pro800, ECM Controvento, Rocket R9 One or other models as specified are non returnable.
Dead On Arrival (DOA)
DOA (Dead On Arrival) of our quality products rarely happens but unfortunately can happen mostly due to handling during shipping. In the rare case that you suspect that you received a new but defective item or what seems as shipping damage, please contact us first immediately. If deemed DOA and you wish to return the item, Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) will be issued to ship the item back. We reserve the right to repair or ship you a replacement, at our expense, after you return the defective item to us and we evaluate it's condition. If the damage or repair deemed major or if we do not have an identical replacement, we will then gladly issue full refund including all shipping costs.
Shipments are insured against loss or damage. In case that you suspect that the box you received is damaged or if you opened the box and suspect a damage to the item, please do not use the item and contact us first immediately. If item has been used a damage claim can no longer be filled.
Undeliverables shipments: We will issue a refund less 2 way s&h value for returned shipments due to undelivered goods at address provided or shipments refused by customer for any reason. The 2 way s&h value in this case are non refundable and consist of actual shipping value.
Return Instructions: You must first have email confirmation of approval to return with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) before shipping any items back to us. Following this procedure guarantee easy process of your replacement or return. Please DO NOT ship to the address on the box as service location may vary. We will provide you with return address. All returned items must be sent via the Canada Post, UPS, Fedex or Purolator and must include the additional services for insurance to cover the full amount of the purchase price as well as Signature Confirmation service. In your package, please include our return authorization form with your RMA# and a description of the problem. All returns must be packed in the same packaging material they where received in.
