Red Carpet Service - Free door to door pickup and delivery service any time anywhere*. Red carpet service applies during manufacturer warranty period to the following items or brands: Expobar, Profitec, Compak, ECM, Mazzer, Rocket, Rancilio Silvia, Impressa J, S and Z Lines by Jura and Baratza products by Baratza LLC direct (excluding items listed under Silver or Standard Service). The only requirement to enjoy red carpet service is that you keep the original box and packaging for safe transit, we then take care of all costs include two way shipping costs to and from the service center.
Silver Service - Applies during manufacturer warranty period to all other items or brands not listed under Red Carpet or Standard Service. Customer is responsible to ship the item to the service location, it will then be promptly repaired or replaced and sent back at our cost*.
Standard Service - Applies to outlet items (including overstock, refurbished, open box, or clearance items), office, business and/or commercially used or rated equipment, Ena Line by Jura and accessories. Customer is responsible to ship the item to the service location, it will then be promptly repaired or replaced and sent back at customer cost.
* Some locations may not have pickup availability by the courier. Shipping costs to excluded locations as described in our shipping policy are treated same way as in policy.
Tech support is available by phone and by e-mail 7 days a week. As a valued customer we are here for you! Need help setting up, programming, cleaning, fixing or maintaining, we have the tools and knowledge to help. Our technicians are fully trained by the manufacturers and we carry all and only original parts. We are able to service, troubleshoot and support all the items offered in our website in a fully equipped service centers. For repairs under warranty, please refer to Limited Warranty terms and exclusions.
