In response to these uncertain times caused by COVID 19, we are taking steps to minimize the risk to everyone by adapting to health Canada Guidelines and to the needs, safety and well-being of our customers, employees and the community.
All Orders are shipped as usual and All items are in stock unless clearly stated otherwise.
Our products are stored in GMP warehouse Facilities licensed by Health Canada and fully compliant with the rules and regulations mandated by Health Canada.
The regulations require adequate process controls to properly manage product storage and transportation. Furthermore, we closely follow Public Health Agency of Canada prevention recommendations by continuing to put in place new measures and have intensified hygiene, sanitation and social distancing protocols within the workplace as well as limiting visitor access, eliminating the exchange of scanning devices and requiring frequent work and material surface cleaning at all times.
All Espresso Machines and Grinders are factory sealed and All Bristot Coffee beans are sealed with No Human touch by their State-of-the-Art Roastery.
Currently, all our in-stock Bristot coffee has over ONE Year Expiration date.
Items are shipped only with couriers that have adapted safe Covid-19 delivery protocols. Although we did not experience delivery delays, courier delays are to be expected due to the possibility of staff shortage in specific location.
