Rancilio Silvia V3 Pro is this year's Rancilio's latest version replacing the Rancilio Silvia V2 espresso machine. It comes with ball joint steam wand, redesigned steam knob and portafilter handle with classic look.

Coffee Preparation:
Rancilio Silvia has 4 solid rocker switches with ready lights built in each. All located in the front, on the right side - power switch, left side top - brew switch, middle - hot water, bottom - steam.
The Silvia's 58mm commercial portafilter handle comes from Rancilio's commercial production line and ensures that the water distributes evenly for even extraction of the ground coffee in the portafilter handle. The handle is made from heavy chrome plated brass that maintain temperature stability throughout the entire brewing process.
Due to its commercial size portafilter handle and brew group, a Naked bottomless portafilter handle is now available for all Rancilio Silvia models, V1, V2 and V3.
Rancilio Silvia includes an electronic 3 way valve same as in the commercial espresso machines! The valve dries out the used ground coffee in the portafilter immediately after the brew process is completed. This way you can immediately remove the handle, easily knock the dried coffee out (used coffee cookie) and get ready for the next espresso shot.
its fast easy to make coffee with the Rancilio Silvia, simply insert ground coffee in the portafilter basket, lock in the portafilter handle and push the coffee button. Once done, lock out the handle and knock out the used coffee.
Steaming Performance
Frothing and Steaming milk with the Rancilio Silvia espresso machine require some professionalism. However, this is good news because you first need a professional machine to produce professional latte or cappuccino froth. Special & Convenience
The top of the Rancilio Silvia (some pronounce it Rancilio Sylvia) is ideal for keeping your cups warm. It is made of stainless steel and get its heating from the boiler and grouphead underneath it.
The Rancilio Silvia water reservoir contain up to 1.9 Liters of water and is removable for refill. There are 2 pipes in the water tank, we call the first an "intake" pipe as it is taking water from the water tank to the boiler inside and the other is for return from the pump.
We recommend using Descaler Filter and connect it to the intake pipe. It removes sediment, soften the water and prevent scale built up in the boiler, heating element, pipes, etc. Regular replacement within 250 cups or 45 days (whichever comes first) would extend dramatically the life of your espresso machine, prevent mechanical problems and improved the coffee flow and taste.
The espresso machine frame is made from heavy iron that contributes to its heavy solid look and feel while the exterior parts including the drip tray and the drip tray cover are made of commercial grade brushed stainless steel.

Low static generation & noise - Baratza Vario grinder uses a combination of gear and electronic speed reducers to slow the spinning of the burr to 600 RPM along with new anti-static technology.
