We currently do not ship Canada Post except for small packets, Roast to order coffee, P.O Boxes and to rural locations where standard ground service is not available.

All orders are processed same Day.
All items are In-Stock, Ready to ship, unless clearly stated otherwise or unexpected error.
Orders are shipped out once processed and payment is confirmed via common couriers.
NEXT DAY Shipping from our ON or BC warehouse
AB, BC, ON, QC: - Next day to major cities, 2 days others.
SK, MB: 2-3 days.
East of Quebec: 2-3 days, (PEI, NL, 4-7 days) pending your exact location.
Northern Provinces and rural locations: shipping time varies.
Orders are shipped from closest warehouse location to you via Ground or Expedited shipping service. Ground and Expedited Shipping services are not guaranteed and weather conditions as well as stock availability at specific warehouse location may affect delivery times. Express Air shipping is optional, e-mail or call us for best quote.
If you choose to have your items shipped to an address different than your billing address, please follow a quick bank update procedure as described here.
* Exclusions to Free Shipping Policy:
If we can not ship to your specific location via standard rate ground service for any reason, or if your shipping address or postal code deemed rural by the shipping companies, or there is no standard or ground service offered to your location, we may contact you with other options. In that case, there may be shipping surcharge if your address deemed rural or does not fall under standard rate ground service, however we do subsidize it greatly to our customers.
If you location is outside ground coverage or no Ground service available - we will contact you with best economical options.
Shipping and handling charge of $9.95 will be added to orders less than $50 value.
All shipments are insured to cover any loss or damage that may occur during transit to the full value of the item. In case that you suspect that the box you received is damaged or if you opened the box and suspect a damage to the item, You must not use the item and contact us first immediately. If item has been used a damage claim can no longer be filled.
Undelivered or Refused shipments:
We will issue a refund less 2 way s&h value for returned shipments due to undelivered goods at address provided or shipments refused by customer for any reason. The 2 way s&h value in this case are non refundable and consist of actual shipping value.
